We will be practicing general Prenatal Yoga, with influences in Yoga Therapy, Buddhist Philosophy, as well as Psychology and Neurosciences to bring you into a closer relationship with your body, mind, spirit, and the baby within.

Each week we will move and explore, relax, open, strengthen and stabilize in preparation for giving birth, physically, mentally, and emotionally.  Each session will include abbreviated theme-based Dharma Talk, Gentle Physical Practice, Meditation.​
