Our mission is to support breastfeeding mothers and provide life-saving nutrition to premature and medically fragile infants who depend on donor breast milk.

​what is a milk depot?
A milk depot is a community location where screened donors can contribute their excess breast milk. This milk is safely stored in our facility and then shipped to the Mothers' Milk Bank Northeast for processing and distribution to those in need.

Our depot is conveniently located in an accessible space frequented by breastfeeding mothers, including medical offices, parenting stores, wellness facilities, and daycare centers.

By offering our business as this depot, we aim to raise community awareness about the options you have for breast milk and the profound impact it has on the lives of so many.

• You are in good health.
• You have extra breast milk that cannot be used by your baby (bereaved and surrogate mothers are welcome).
• Your breast milk was frozen within 96 hours of pumping.
• You only take medications, herbal supplements, or other products approved for milk donors.

here's how you get started:

• Fill out necessary forms to begin your donation journey.
  
• Get a blood test (Mothers’ Milk Bank NE covers all costs associated with this).​ Finally, arrange delivery of your breast milk to our depot by contacting us via email or our phone.
